Eric Heith joined the New York office of American Capital in August 2000 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2003. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Heith was a vice president at GMM Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in management-led buyouts, owner recapitalizations, and growth opportunities of middle market companies. Prior to GMM, Mr. Heith worked as a consultant for Stern Stewart & Company, focusing on the implementation of the Economic Value Added (EVA) framework for measuring and creating shareholder value. Previously, he worked as a consultant for Oliver, Wyman & Company, specializing in strategic consulting and operations re-engineering for financial services companies. Mr. Heith received his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA. |

Natasha Volyanskaya is a Principal in the San Francisco office of American Capital. She is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments in middle-market companies across a variety of industry sectors, including consumer products and specialty retailing, software and technology, business services and general manufacturing. While at American Capital, Ms. Volyanskaya has been involved in over twenty financing and leveraged buyout transactions, investing in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity capital. She has served on the board of directors of American Capital portfolio companies Automatic Bar Controls, Aeriform, Cycle Gear and The L.A. Studios. She is also a Director of the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Ms. Volyanskaya joined American Capital in 1999 as an Associate and was subsequently promoted to Vice President and to Principal. Ms. Volyanskaya began her career in investment banking in New York. She spent two years as a Financial Analyst with the Technology Group at Merrill Lynch & Co., where she participated in a total of $2.8 billion in equity offerings and $1.7 billion in M&A transactions, advising clients in the software, IT services and telecommunications industries. Ms. Volyanskaya received her Bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. |

Patrick White joined the San Francisco office of American Capital as a Vice President in September 2007. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. White was a Director of Loan Originations at Wells Fargo Foothill where he was responsible for sourcing sponsored and direct financing opportunities from private equity firms and investment banks in the Western United States. Mr. White led acquisition and stand-alone financings in numerous industries, including technology hardware/software, business services and consumer products. Prior to Foothill, Mr. White worked at GATX Capital in the mezzanine finance group, where he provided junior debt and equity financing to middle market companies nationwide. Previously, he worked in investment banking in New York at Credit Suisse First Boston and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Mr. White received his B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University. Additionally, he is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom III where he served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. While in Iraq, he served with the 1st Infantry Division and 42nd Infantry Division as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and Division Task Force Commander. He was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge for actions in combat and numerous other medals for his service. |
