Since the company’s inception in 2005, Mr. Wilkus has been the Chairman of European Capital (LSE: ECAS), a $2 billion publicly traded private equity and mezzanine fund. Since the company’s inception in 2007, Mr. Wilkus has been the Chairman of American Capital, LLC, the fund management portfolio company of American Capital Strategies, LLC. He has served on the board of over a dozen middle market companies in various industries. |

Mary C. Baskin has been Managing Director of the Ansley Consulting Group, a retained executive search firm, since 1999. From 1997-1999, Ms. Baskin served as Partner for Quayle Partners, a start-up consulting firm that she helped found. From 1996-1997, Ms. Baskin Served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Harris Trust and Savings Bank. From 1990-1996, Ms. Baskin served as Director, Real Estate Division and Special Accounts Management Unit for the Bank of Montreal. Ms. Baskin holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College. |

Mr. Hahl is involved in general business consulting. He was President of the Weitling Group, a business consulting firm, from 1996 to 2001. From 1995-1996, Mr. Hahl served as Senior Vice President of American Financial Group (NYSE: AFG). From 1982 to 1995, Mr. Hahl served as Director, Senior Vice President and principal financial officer of The Penn Central Corporation (NYSE: PCC). Mr. Hahl was also formerly a Director and President of Buckeye Management Company, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., a publicly-traded master limited partnership (NYSE:BPL) holding the largest privately-held refined petroleum products pipeline in the northeastern United States, and of American Financial Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: AFEI), a financial holding company. Mr. Hahl graduated from Princeton summa cum laude with an A.B. in history in 1973 and received a J.D. degree from the Harvard Law School with honors in 1976. Prior to his business career, Mr. Hahl practiced law at the firm of Dewey Ballantine in New York City. He presently resides in the Phoenix, Arizona area. |

Philip R. Harper is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS), the number one provider of background services to the commercial market. Mr. Harper founded USIS through the first privatization of a government operation in more than two hundred and twenty-six years of our nation's history. USIS is the largest investigations company in North America with annual revenues of $500 million. It has 5,800 full time employees who conduct more than two million government investigations and fifteen million commercial inquiries annually. It also provides technical security countermeasures and intelligence gathering support and training services. USIS has 189 locations througout the nation, including Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Harper joined the U.S. Army in 1961 and served through 1982, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His last assignment was Commander of the 1st Military Intelligence Battalion (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. While in the Army he commanded infantry and intelligence units and was awarded two Silver Stars, three Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart. After completing military service, he rose through various management positions with Wells Fargo Alarm Services, including Branch Manager, Region Vice President and Senior Vice President. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Harper served as President of Burns International Security Services--Western Business Unit in Los Angeles, California. He had responsibility for 15,000 employees operating in 21 Western states with revenues of $145 million. From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Harper served as President of Wells Fargo Alarm Services. He had responsibility for $220 million of revenue from 2,000 employees located in 40 branch offices and two manufacturing plants in the United States and Canada. Mr. Harper was born in Detroit, Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Chinese Language and Political Science from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He and his wife, Rita, currently reside in Pennsylvania. |

John Koskinen |

Mr. Koskinen, former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Duke University, was also President of The Palmieri Company, which restructured large, troubled operating companies. During Mr. Koskinen's 21 years with Palmieri, he helped reorganize the Penn Central Transportation Company; Levitt and Sons, Incorporated; the Teamsters Pension Fund and Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company, the largest failed life insurance company in U.S. history. Mr. Koskinen has been President of the United States Soccer Foundation and has served as a Director of the AES Corporation, one of the world's largest global power companies, since 2004. Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Koskinen served as Deputy Mayor and City Administrator of the District of Columbia for three years, beginning in September, 2000. He was responsible for oversight and coordination of all city-operating departments. Earlier in 2000 he developed recommendations for restructuring the operations of the DC public schools. From 1994 to 1997, he was the Deputy Director for Management of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and then was Assistant to President Clinton and Chair of the President's Council on Year 2000 Conversion from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Koskinen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University in 1961, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa; graduated with an LL.B., cum laude, from Yale Law School in 1964; and did post graduate work in international law at Cambridge University, Cambridge, England, 1964-65. Mr. Koskinen and his wife, the former Patricia Salz, have two adult children, Cheryl and Jeffrey, and live in Washington, D.C. |

Stan Lundine |

On December 31, 1994, Stan Lundine completed a successful twenty-five year career in local, national, and state government. He returned to his home town of Jamestown, New York, to continue his career in the private sector, where where he has established a national practice specializing in employee ownership. Mr. Lundine is a Director of National Forge Company and US Investigations Services, Inc., both firms which have recently become employee owned, and a Director of John Ullman and Associates, a financial planning and investment firm. An addition to his employee ownership practice, Stan Lundine serves as Executive Director of the Chautauqua County Health Network, a consortium of four hospitals and their physicians which is developing and integrated health care delivery system. He also serves of counsel to the law firm of Sotir and Goldman. |

Kenneth Peterson |

Mr. Peterson is the owner and CEO of Columbia Ventures Corporation, which owns and operates a number of businesses around the world in addition to an active investment portfolio. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Washington Policy Center, a free market think tank, Islandssimihf, a full service telecommunications company in Iceland, and Globalstar Australia Pty. Ltd., which offers satellite telephony and data services throughout Australia. Mr. Peterson holds an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a law degree from Willamette University College of Law. |

Alvin Puryear |

Alvin Puryear is the Lawrence N. Field Professor of Entrepreneurship and Professor of Management at Baruch College of the City University of New York, where he teaches graduate courses in business policy, human resources management, and entrepreneurial strategy. At various times since joining the Baruch faculty in 1970 he has served as a College Dean, Chairman of the Department of Management, Co-Director of the Baruch College/Cornell University Master of Science in Industrial Relations Program, and Director of the Baruch College Small Business Lab. Dr. Puryear has also been an active member in several local and national organizations. He is a Director of North Fork Bank, North Fork Bancorporation, and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Trust Company. He is also a Trustee of the Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education, and the Community Service Society of New York. In addition to his responsibilities at Baruch College, Dr. Puryear has been actively engaged in several business-related activities with a diverse group of private and public-sector organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, municipal governments, foundations, and not-for-profit development organizations. He is also the author of several articles and has spoken at numerous conferences and professional meetings. |
