The Second Lien Group focuses on opportunities to engage in:

  • Primary or secondary investments;
  • A variety of capital needs:
    • Leverage Buyouts
    • Mergers & Acquisitions
    • Dividend Recapitalizations

    • Distressed Debt
  • Mid-to-large cap transactions:
    • EBITDA ranging from $10 million to $500 million
    • Capital needs ranging from $10 million to $1 billion

  • A credit-oriented approach that helps arrangers gain comfort with a deal that goes beyond that provided by the liquidity in the market.
