AMERICAN CAPITAL NAMES CEO CHAIRMAN
BETHESDA, Maryland, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Buyout and finance company American Capital Strategies Ltd said on Tuesday it named president and chief executive officer Malon Wilkus to the additional post of chairman.
In a statement, the Bethesda, company said the current chairman David Gladstone, was elected vice-chairman.
The changes reflect Gladstone's move to the posts of chairman and chief executive officer of American Security Inc, a company that has recently filed for an initial public offering.
